Perforation Technology
ACCUPerf has two types of technology available, increasing our versatility and ability to use the best option for your project.
Laser Perforation uses the very latest in multi-head laser perforation technology to give us the capability of producing highly complex and accurate micro perforation patterns.
- Perforation sizes from 50 microns to 700 microns depending on substrate
- Score perforation and easy-tear perforation capability for packaging needs
- Compressed beam technology ensures accurate, round perforations (not-elliptical)
- Capablities of perforating both round and elliptical holes depending on needs
- Capable of 63″ working perforation width
Needle Perforation uses a series of computer-controlled, hot-needle-and-roller combinations to produce a precise perforation ideal for venting and/or filtration.
- Needle hole patterns from 1 to 160 holes per square inch
- Design work and emblems can be added
- Perforation sizes of 200 microns to 1500 microns depending on substrate
- Capable of up to 79″ effective perforation width
Clean Technical Environment

Quality Control
Our in-depth quality-control process ensures the integrity of hole placement and size within the film. We take samples from every batch run through the facility to verify and confirm our continued adherence to the high standards required to do the job for you.
